Description:
Tangy Taste Of Sprouted Moong With Extra Rich Flavour Of Burnt Garlic
Preparation:
1) Soak Moong whole in warm water for 6-8 hours.
2) Remove in a strainer to drain excess water.
3) Take clean & damp cloth and keep soaked Moong in cloth.
4) Tighten the cloth & keep in covered container for 1-2 days.(if you use sprout maker then follow its instruction.)
5) Chop Garlic and Green Chillies into thick roundels.

Cooking:
1) Heat 4tblsp.Oil in a non-stick pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds when it changes in colour add 1 tblsp. Chopped Garlic.
3) Saute till dark brown in colour and add chopped green chillies & turmeric powder, sprouted moong & salt and mix well gently.
4) Add 0.5 cup water and cover & cook for 10-15 mins.on medium-low flame or until water evaporates.
5) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander-Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Sugar,half of Chopped Cilantro and mix well gently.
6) Remove from flame and shift it into serving bowl.

1) Heat 1tsp.oil in a same pan.Add 1tblsp. chopped garlic and saute until dark brownish-black in colour ON HIGH FLAME.
