Tangy Suran With Richness Of Coconut Shreds.
Preparation:
1) Wash Suran Cubes thoroughly and let it drain.
2) Mix Salt, Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Amchur Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Fresh Shredded Coconut(IQF) altogether to make masala.

Cooking:
1) In a bowl,place Suran Cubes, add Oil and toss it properly.
2) Cook in a microwave oven until Suran is soft and tender.
3) Press each piece softly in palm.
4) Again brush little oil and cook till little crispy.
5) Sprinkle prepared masala mix on suran and toss(mix)it softly.
