Description:
Spicy Kantola With Touch Of Ginger & Garlic Flavor.
Preparation:
1) Finely Chopped Green Chilies.
2) Finely Chopped Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on low Flame.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Turmeric Powder, washed Kantola, Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & cook for approx 15 mins. till Kantola becomes tender.
4) Add Ginger-Garlic Paste, Chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Amchur Powder, Chopped Cilantro and mix thoroughly.
5) Cover & cook for approx 2 mins. again.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 30mins.
Garnishing:
Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with Deep Roti and Deep Lassi.
