Description:
Stuff Green Chana Paratha
Preparation:
1) Finely Chop Coriander Leaves, Chop Green Chilies, Onion.
2) Coarsely crush Garlic flakes.
3) Wash & Pressure cook Green Chana with water and salt.
4) Drain excess water and coarsely crush Chana.
Cooking:
1) Mix Multigrain Flour, Salt, 2tblsp. Oil, 1tblsp. Cumin Seeds and make medium soft dough with water.
2) Cover and keep aside.
3) For stuffing mix crushed Green Chana, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Chopped Green Chilies, Chopped Onion, Crushed Garlic, Salt, Coriander-Cumin Powder,Ginger Paste, Lemon Juice well.
4) Heat 5tblsp. Oil in a wok, add 2tsp. Mustard Seeds and Sesame Seeds, when splutters add into Green Chana mixture and mix well.
5) Make medium size of balls from dough, roll in Multigrain flour and roll into round shape with rolling pin.
6) Place 1.5 tblsp stuffing of Green Chana in the centre of circle.
7) Bring together all sides in the center and seal it tightly.
8) Again roll in flour and roll delicately to make paratha.
9) Place on Pre-heated griddle and cook paratha with Oil on both the sides till golden brown.
10) Do same with all partha.
Serve For: 4-5 Person
Total cooking time: 50 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with MM Mint Chutney.Can have curd and onion
rings.
