Description:
Spicy Guvar & Potato Wth Touch Of Garlic Flavor
Preparation:
1)Boil Baby Potatoes and cut into 4 Pieces.
2)Wash Guvar and 1 whistle pressure cook on low flame, adding 1 cup water, Turmeric Powder & Salt.
3)Drain excess water in a strainer.
Cooking:
1)Heat Oil on a low flame.
2)Add Ajman Seeds,when it changes in color, add Cut Baby Potatoes,Salt.
3)Saute till little crispy.
4)Add boiled Guvar, Garlic Paste, Red Chilii Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilli Crushed, Sugar and Salt.
5)Mix well and cover & cook for approx 3 mins.
Serve For: 4Persons
Total cooking time: 40mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Roti or Paratha.
