Tangy Tasty Kachori In Fasting Mix Flour
Preparation:
1) Wash,peel and grate potatoes.
2) Add little salt and mix well.
3) Finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
4) Coarsely crush roasted unsalted peanuts.
5) Heat 2tblsp. Oil in wok,add 1tsp.Cumin seeds.When it changes in color pour on red chilli powdered surface of dahi.
6) Mix gently with spoon well & Keep it in fridge to cool.

Cooking:
1) Squeeze grated potatoes to remove water and keep it aside.
2) Heat 2tblsp.oil in non-stick pan.
3) Add 1tsp.cumin seeds,when it changes into color, add squeezed potatoes,salt and saute well.
4) Add some water and cover.Saute inbetween till tender.
5) Add lemon juice, 3tsp.sugar, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and saute well.
6) Add crushed peanuts and saute well and keep aside to cool down.
7) Mix Dahi,salt and 2tsp.Sugar well with spoon in a bowl.
8) Sprinkle red chilli powder on top.
9) Mix Upvas fasting mix, melted makhan ghee and salt well.
10) Make medium tough dough with water.
11) Heat oil to deep frying.
12) Make small thin puri base,stuff 1tblsp.of potato filling,close edges and seal.
13) Flatten the ball with palms and deep fry on low flame till golden brown.
