Description:
Murmura Chatpate.
Preparation:
1) Finely cut Cucumber & Onion in
small dice shape.
2) Finely chop Cilantro.
3) Finely chop Green chilies.
4) Soak Murmura in water & stir with spatula for 2-3mins.( Till Murmura becomes soggy), remove in strainer.
5) Roast Green chili Papad.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Mustard Seeds, When it starts spluttering.
3) Add Asafoetida, chopped Onion, chopped Cucumber, Salt & Turmeric Powder.
4) Mix well.
5) Cook till Cucumber becomes soft.
6) Add chopped Green Chilies, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt & Mix well.
7) Add soaked & drained Murmura and chopped Cilantro, mix well .
8) Remove from the flame.

Serve For: 5-6 Persons
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
1) At the time of serving, crush the roasted Green Chili Papad with hands into small pieces, mix well.
Garnish with chopped Cilantro and serve hot.
