Description:
Mango Shake With Fresh Mango Pieces
Preparation:
1) Wash,peel and cut ripe Mango into small dice shape pieces.Keep in the fridge.
2) Churn Cold Milk and Sugar well.
3) Add Deep Alphonso Mango
Pulp and churn again.
4) Keep in the fridge to be chill.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil for deep frying.
2) Deep fry Deep's Bansi Fry Me.
3) Remove on absorbent paper.
4) Sprinkle Chaat Masala. Remove
in a serving bowl.
5) At the time of serving, place some Mango Dice Pieces in
the bottom of glass.
6) Pour prepared Mango Shake.
7) Sprinkle Cinnamon Powder lightly, a little pinch in each
glass.Can garnish with 2-3 Mango dice pieces.
8) Serve with prepared Bansi Fry Me.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 30-35 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Chilled
