Description:
Well Mix Of Fried Okra & Potato Of Tangy Masala Flavour
Preparation:
1) Wash and drain Deep Cut Bhindi(okra)
2) Wash,peel and Cut potatoes in the same size of Bhindi.
3) Wash and cut green capsicum in same size of cut bhindi.
4) Finely chop Coriander leaves.
5) For Masala Mix: Mix well Chopped cilantro, Red chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Black salt and salt.

Cooking:
1) Heat oil for deep frying.
2) Add pinch of salt and deep fry Potatoes on high flame till little crispy.
3) Remove in a bowl.
4) Again add pinch of salt and deep fry Bhindi till little crispy & remove in a bowl.
5) Heat 1.5 tblsp of oil in a pan.
6) Add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds.Let it change in brown in colour.
7) Add cut capsicum and saute / toss on high flame for a minute.
8) On low flame, add fried Potatoes, fried Bhindi and prepared masala mix.
9) Mix well gently for a minute.Remove from flame.
