Vegetables Baked On Toast
Preparation:
1) Finely grate cabbage, add Salt and mix well & keep aside for 10 mins.
2) Finely chopped Cucumber, Carrot, Cheese and Capsicum into very small pieces.
3) Cut Bread slices into two halves to make rectangle slice.
4) Make half crispy toast of it.

Cooking:
1) Squeeze grated Cabbage to remove water.
2) In a bowl, mix Cucumber, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Cheese, Cornflour and butter well.
3) Add Coriander Chutney and MM Masti Chutney and mix well.
4) Take a toast and spread generous layer of prepared vege mix on bread slice and bake in moderate temp. in oven for 7-8mins OR till the toast become require crispy.
