Boiled Green Chana with Tangy Taste of Chat Masala
Preparation:
1) Boil green channa. Adding water,1 whistle pressure cook.
2) Drain excess water and keep it aside.
3) Finely chop tomatoes and onion into small dice shape.
4) Finely chop coriander leaves.

Cooking:
1) In a serving bowl take Boiled green chana.
2) Add coriander cumin powder,red chilli powder and amchur powder.
3) Mix little,add chopped tomato & chopped onion.
4) Mix little, add chopped cilantro, chat masala & salt.
5) Mix well and serve immediately.

Total cooking time: 30-40mins.
