Farali Stuff Sago Pattie
Preparation:
1) Soak Sabudana in water, just enough to soak for 2 hrs.
2) Boil, peel and mash Potatoes.
3) Finely chop Green Chilies & Coriander Leaves.
4) Coarsely grind Peanuts.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil for deep frying.
2) Mix Sabudana, Potatoes, Salt, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves and knead well in dough.
3) Divide into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
4) Flatten each ball on an Oiled palm and stuff 1 tblsp of Peanuts.
5) Close the edges and seal properly.
6) Do same with all potato balls.
7) Deep fry all pattie till golden and remove on an absorbent paper.
