Sandwich Dhokla
Preparation:
1) Prepare batter as per instructions on Idli Instant Mix.
2) Chop Green Chilli into long slices.
Cooking:
1) Whip the batter once again before cooking.
2) Heat water in the steamer.Grease the plate.
3) Pour half the batter and steam it about 5mins. Or till
Half done.
4) Remove the plate from the steamer and spread the Coriander Chutney evenly.
5) Whip and pour the remaining batter over evenly.
6) Cook for 7-8mins.
7) Remove plate and Let cool for 2-3 min.
8) Heat Oil for tadka.
9) Add Mustard Seed, let it splutter.
10) Add Sesame Seeds and let it splutter too.
11) Add Asafoetida and Sliced Green Chilies.
12) Pour tadka on dhoklas.
13) Sprinkle Coriander leaves over it.
Serve For: 4 Person

Garnishing:
Serve hot.
