Protein Rich Spicy Tikki
Preparation:
1) Boil and peel Potatoes.
2) Boil Chana Dal adding Salt. Let it cool.
3) Add Garam Masala, Red Chili Powder, Amchuar Powder and Mix gently.
4) Grind Bread, Green chilies and cilantro.

Cooking:
1) Mash Potatoes, add Salt and ground Bread mixture and knead.
2) Divide it into 4 equal portions & Roll into balls.
3) Flatten each ball on an oiled palm and place one portion of the stuffing of Dal.
4) Close the edges.
5) Heat Oil. Fry till golden.
