Spicy Stuff Of Potatoes In Soft Bun.
Preparation:
1) Boil, peel and mash the Potatoes.
2) Finely Chop Onions.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Potatoes, Salt, Garam Masala, Tamarind Chutney, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder and mix well.
3) Cook for 2–3 mins.
4) Transfer the mixture into plate and spread it.
5) Add Spicy Peanuts, Pomegranate Pearls, Indori Bhujia and cilantro over it.
6) Slit the buns horizontally.
7) Spread Mirch Masala Masti chutney on one side and Mirch Masala Coriander chutney on the other side Of the bun.
8) Fill the bun with the layer of the Potato stuffing and Onions.
9) Place the buns on the tawa or griddle.
10) Toast lightly on both the sides With little butter.
