Onion & Green Chilli Taste.
Preparation:
1) Grind coarsely Onion, green chilli and Corrinder leaves together.
2) Place Besan in a Bowl.
3) Add above paste,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and water.
4) Mix well to make batter.
Cooking:
1) Heat 0.5 tspn oil in a pan.
2) Pour a ladle full of batter on flat pan and spread it in round.
3) Grizzle a little oil all around and cook till the underside is done.
4) Flip over and cook the other side.
5) Can make little crispy on low flame for better taste.
6) Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 20-25 Min
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Mint chutney.
