Fried Root, Toss With Hot & Mint Chutney
Preparation:
1) Boil whole Arvi.
2) Make 2 halves of each Arvi lengthwise.
3) Finely chop Onion.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil for deep frying.
2) Sprinkle salt as per taste over each half of Arvi.
3) Deep fry Arvi piece till golden and crispy.
4) Remove on an absorbent paper.
5) Place Arvi on a plate.
6) Add Masti chutney and Mint chutney and toss.
7) Place in serving plate.
8) Garnish with chopped Onions & Sprinkle chaat masala over it.
