Description:
Spicy Fresh Tuvar Lilva with Coconut Slice.
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Garlic.
2) Finely chop Tomato.
3) Finely chop Green Chilies.
4) Finely chop Cilantro.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, washed Tuvar Lilva, chopped Garlic, Salt, 0.5 cup Water & Mix well.
3) Cover & cook for 10 mins.
4) Add chopped Tomato, chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, chopped Cilantro, Coconut Slice & Salt to taste.
5) Mix thoroughly.
6) Cover & cook for 2 mins.

3) Cover & cook for 10 mins.
4) Add chopped Tomato, chopped Green Chilies, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, chopped Cilantro, Coconut Slice & Salt to taste.
5) Mix thoroughly.
6) Cover & cook for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
