Description:
Spicy Channa With Fenugreek Leaves.
Preparation:
1) Finely chop Onion.
2) Finely chop Tomato.
3) Wash & thaw chopped Methi Blocks.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, chopped Onion, washed Green Channa, Salt & 0.5 cup Water.
3) Stir Well, Cover & cook for 8 mins.
4) Turn on low flame.
5) Add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, thawed chopped Methi Blocks, chopped Tomato, Salt & Mix thoroughly.
6) Turn on medium low flame.
7) Cover & cook for approx 6 mins.
8) Until Oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
