Description:
Kantola_Indian Teasel Gourd With Whole Garlic Flavor.
Preparation:
1)Finely chop fresh Garlic into Ring cut.
2) Finely chop Green Chilies into Ring cut.
3)Finely chop Coriander Leaves.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium - low flame.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, when it changes in color, add Turmeric Powder, washed Kantola, Ring Cut Garlic, Ring Cut Green Chilies & Salt.
3) Mix well & saute.
4) Cover & cook for approx 20 mins. till tender.
5) Add Red Chilli Crushed, Coriander Powder, Lemon Juice, Chopped Coriander Leaves and mix well.
6) Cover & keep aside for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 35 mins.
