Farali Sago Pattie
Preparation:
1) Sock Sabudana(sogo) in water just enough to sock for 2hrs.
2) Boil peel and mash Potatoes.
3) Finely chop Green Chilli and Cilantro.
4) Mix and knead Potatoes, Sogo, Salt, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil for frying.
2) Divide Potato preparation into 8 equal portions.
3) Roll into balls.
4) Flatten each ball on an Oiled palm and stuff 1 tspn of Mint Chutney.Close edges and seal.
5) Repeat with all other portions.
6) Deep fry till golden and remove on an absorbent paper.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 2:30 min
Garnishing:
Serve hot.
